  • 2004 OCTOBER meeting

    • 2004 October meeting was held on Friday evening the 8th.
    Meeting was held at the Indianapolis Training Center, 2820 N. Meridian St.

    Our radio clubs 2004 theme : "Ham Radio is FUN!" still going strong....

    The Club is growing ...
    45 attended this meeting ; our treasurer reports the
    membership to be 80+
    There was 1 New member signed at this meeting.

    ask to return and bring friends or guests.

    -give nominations to them! For Amateur of the year; Tech excellence (Marconi) and
    Young Amateur of the year. (see Awards page for rules an more Info)

  • Constitution & By-Laws review & Vote ..By Chuck _ W9IH
    Motion: Accept the 2004 constitution & Bylaws as presented by the Review Committee
    and posted on the IRC website.

  • Special nomination for IRC Life Membership for Don Hemenover- N9DOO… By President W9IH
    Motion to grant N9DOO a single life Membership for his past IRC service of 10 years plus as the
    Trustee and Club service commitments. 2nd:__________________
    2nd was Bob- N9FIM ;
    Vote was unanimous in favor.

  • - November Business shall include voting for:
  • ---Dues for 2005 will be voted on…(3)Motion : proposals…$15,$18 or $24.00/yr or no change.
  • --- Club Dec. Dinner costs for 2004. proposals:
    A. Members pay for their dinners
    B. club pays for members dinner,
    C. Club pays for Membr + 1 guest dinner
